Join our team! We have two positions available in Salt Lake County, and Davis County/Weber County. Interns currently in accredited master degree programs may be considered. Supervision is available. Some afternoons and evenings may be required. Master’s Level: Starting Pay: $70,000/yr Fully Licensed: Starting pay: $88,000/yr Responsibilities Include, but not limited to: Provide services to clients within the home, office, community, or teletherapyProviding mental health assessment, treatment planning, and counselingMaintaining detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan progress and outcomesProvide continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment through ongoing assessment resulting in modification to the service planWorking collaboratively with our clinical team to coordinate care to ensure that all services prescribed in the individualized service plan are implementedParticipate in case staffing, case conferences, or other meetings with or without the clientProvide supportive services, including but not limited to, the following: Assistance in maintaining, monitoring and modifying covered behavioral health services Perform intake assessmentsProvide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and childrenUse evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatmentsAdhere to all facility and licensing standards Qualifications Master Level Clinician: MFT, CSW, CMHC Fully Licensed Clinicians: LMFT, LCSW, CMHCBachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar fieldCurrent and unrestricted marriage and family therapy licenseLicensed by the State of UtahPrevious experience as a mental health therapist preferred In addition effective interpersonal skills, ability to follow instructions, good written and verbal communication skills, time management skillsBasic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certifiedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized Flexible work from home options available.
