Mental Health Therapist – Women's Health - Telehealth Contract
The Mental Health Therapist - Women’s Health - Telehealth Contract position is dedicated to delivering high-quality virtual mental health care to women across key reproductive and life stages, including perinatal, early parenting, perimenopause, and menopause. You will provide individualized, evidence-based therapy in a fully remote telehealth setting, supporting patients experiencing conditions such as anxiety and depression.
About the role
This role is highly patient-centered, combining clinical expertise with empathy to improve mental health outcomes in an underserved population. You will work within a collaborative virtual care model that may include peer consultation, supervision, and coordination with broader care teams. The environment is flexible and independent, while still offering structured clinical and operational support.
Requirements
- Active, independent clinical license as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, or Psychologist
- Minimum 1 year of experience in women’s mental health, including maternal mental health and/or perimenopause care
- Prior experience delivering therapy via telehealth platforms
- Strong clinical foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Comfortable working with electronic medical records and digital clinical tools
- Tech-savvy with strong adaptability to virtual care systems and workflows
- Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment
- Multi-state licensure in states such as AZ, DC, CA, KY, MD, NC, NV, NJ, OH, TN, TX, or VA is highly preferred
