About the role

Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.

Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week.

Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.

Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.

Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • License: Active license and in good standing as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington.
  • Cross-licensure: Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We will cover the cost.
  • Caseload: Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions. Sessions will include ongoing therapy and new client consults appointments.
  • Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), at least six months of teletherapy experience, and proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress.
  • Tech: At least six months of teletherapy experience and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Schedule: Select 7-10 session hours between 8am and 9pm PST, Monday through Friday. Available during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support.
  • Documentation: All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact. Option to use an AI-assist tool.

Pay

Compensation: Earn a clinical rate of $76/hour (includes mandatory training) and an administrative rate (includes late shows/cancellations) of $23/hour as a WA resident with semi-monthly pay. If based out-of-state clinical rates will range between $58.50 - $85.

Schedule

Select 7-10 session hours between 8am and 9pm PST, Monday through Friday. Available during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support.
