About the Role

Lyra developed Lyra Care Therapy, an innovative video therapy program blending live video sessions with digital psychoeducation and customizable skill-building tools. As a Lyra Care Therapist, you’ll provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video, maintaining a caseload of clients with diverse clinical needs. You’ll assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance learning and monitor outcomes between sessions.

Lyra’s clients come from varied backgrounds and experiences, requiring culturally responsive care that accounts for the impact of cultural context on each person’s care experience.

Expert consultation and support are available for complex cases, including specialty consultations and culturally responsive care.

This role is ideal for licensed clinicians with excellent interpersonal skills who thrive in a feedback-rich environment and seek continuous learning.
