What You'll DoProvide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealthFlexible caseload expectations to fit into your life.Use measurement-based care in every sessionComplete documentation on schedule and coordinate care with other providers as needed Who You AreIndependently licensed (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT) in Tennessee or associated compact state — full licensure required3+ years of direct clinical experienceTrained in CBT, DBT, and/or trauma-informed approachesOpen to multi-state licensure in TX, FL, GA KY, and AL as we expand Compensation & BenefitsCompensation is based on years of clinical experience and is determined during the interview process20+ hours of CEU education specific to women's health topics (perinatal, postpartum, peri/menopause, and more), plus individual and monthly group consultationMulti-state licensure reimbursement, if eligible, as we expand into new statesGuaranteed pay — full clinical rate for every session, including no-shows and late cancellations, on a dependable semi-monthly cadenceReal people handle scheduling, credentialing, billing, and CAQH re-attestation for youGrowth path to full-time if desired — with eligibility for insurance benefits, PTO, monthly wellness reimbursement, and bonus potential as your role expands 100% Remote | Full clinical licensure required
