Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations
• Lead individual and/or group therapy sessions
• Employ CBT techniques comfortably and confidently
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize patient management
• Deliver high-quality, accessible, patient-centered care
• Foster a culture that recognizes the humanity and dignity of patients and staff
• Embrace evidence-based strategies and continuous learning as a team player

Requirements

• Valid (or immediately eligible) clinical license in the state of North Carolina

Compensation & benefits

• Compensation is offered on a salaried basis
• $60,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience and location). Final offers reflect licensure, relevant experience, and qualifications—demonstrating our commitment to fair, competitive pay for all providers
