Mental Health Therapist LPC/LCSW - Searcy/PRN

Responsibilities

The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Therapist provides behavioral health modalities and develops specific treatment goals to targeted client populations. They ensure that the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective healthcare is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing, and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in a Human Services field, preferably Social Work, from an accredited university.
• Current licensure (LPC or LCSW).
• A minimum of two years psychiatric treatment experience, including experience in individual, group, and family therapy.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescents, and adults.
• A basic knowledge of educational, psychological, and social service systems as related to special education and behavior treatment.
