Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnose mental health conditions
• Develop, implement, and maintain treatment plans
• Complete clinical documentation and case notes
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy services
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
• Use creative and effective interventions to help clients achieve their goals
• Support Ellie's mission of expanding access to mental health care in the community

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Active independent license to provide mental health therapy (preferred)
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
• Strong clinical skills and professional boundaries
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and electronic health record systems
• Insurance credentialing preferred for fully licensed clinicians
