Mental Health Therapist - (LCSW, LPC, LMFT ) - Hybrid WFH

About the role

Elevate Mental Health, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team in Flagstaff, AZ. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care team, you will be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

Responsibilities

• Screens and assesses patients for common mental health and substance use disorders
• Provides treatment using evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and other modalities
• Tracks treatment response and monitors patients for changes in symptoms or complications
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Clear, active and unrestricted license that allows you to practice without supervision (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in Arizona
• 2+ years of professional experience post master's degree providing behavioral health services
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
• Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness

Pay

$69,100 - $103,800 annual total cash target pay
