About the role
As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Therapists to join our team. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office.
Responsibilities
- Complete schedule autonomy
- Hybrid, telehealth, full time or part time
- Above average W2 compensation package
- Receive or Provide supervision (LCSW/LICSW), MHC/LMHC
- Weekly case consultations

Requirements
- Current license to practice in Massachusetts
- Experience working with individuals in outpatient settings
- Knowledge of evidence-based, medically driven treatment services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience in a behavioral health setting
- Passionate about mental health and wellness
Skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR)
