Mental Health Therapist (LAC, LSW)

Educational Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
• On track to obtain licensure in designated field

Experience and Skills

• Completion of DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)

Job Requirements

• Candidates must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
