About the role

The Intensive Community Support and Recovery Program (ICSRP) is dedicated to helping adults with chronic and persistent mental illnesses, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, live meaningful and stable lives within their communities. Our multidisciplinary team provides intensive case management, individual therapy, medication support, crisis intervention, and care coordination through a recovery-oriented and trauma-informed approach. We partner with clients to build on their strengths, develop practical life skills, access essential resources, and overcome barriers to recovery.

Working at ICSRP means making a tangible difference every day. Our services help individuals maintain stable housing, improve their health and independence, and reduce the need for psychiatric hospitalizations, incarceration, and long-term institutionalization, including admissions to Western State Hospital. We are committed to meeting clients where they are, fostering hope, and supporting each person's journey toward recovery and community integration.
