Mental Health Therapist - Hiring Incentive Eligible

About the role

Provide culturally sensitive assessments and tailored outpatient therapy for diverse clients, including individual and family sessions. Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability, participate in case consultations, and ensure timely documentation and billing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strength-based assessments and create a welcoming environment for clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Provide personalized therapeutic interventions based on client needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care.
• Develop safety and wellness plans to promote client resilience.
• Participate in agency meetings, discharge planning, and maintain professional documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active or eligible professional license in Washington State.
• Passion for mental health, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Effective time management and administrative skills.

Pay

Base pay range of $56–$67 per billable unit, with potential adjustments based on licensure, experience, and incentives.
