About the role

We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive assessments, outpatient individual and family therapy, and develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans, supporting clients' mental health journeys.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create a welcoming environment for clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Deliver tailored therapeutic interventions to meet individual needs.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic mental health care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license if required by state regulation.
• Strong passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development, ethical practice, and confidentiality adherence.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Effective time management and administrative skillset.
