Position
Position: Licensed Mental Health Therapist for Seniors (Remote, Flexible Hours – LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP)
Positions: 1099 with option to transition to a W2. Therapists looking for 25+ hours a week have the option for W2 (includes 401k with up to 3.5% matching, comprehensive health, medical, vision insurance).

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
- Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.
- Manage electronic documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR system.
- Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
- A completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy.
- An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP).
- Experience working with the geriatric population.
- Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus.
