Position Available
- We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP) on a fee-for-service basis.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults - including Spanish-speaking clients - in a virtual setting.
- Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.
- Manage electronic documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR system.
- Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required — ability to conduct full therapy sessions, assessments, and clinical conversations in both languages.
- A completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy.
- An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP).
- Experience working with the geriatric population.
- Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus.
