About the role

Enhanced Adult Mental Health Services (EAMH) provides services to individuals with an SPMI diagnosis in an outpatient setting and in the community as needed. We work from a team-based model to support our clients with a variety of services to help build skills for stability and independence.

Responsibilities

  • Client orientation and recommendation of services
  • Client evaluations and initial intake interviews
  • Collection of information and identification of psychological/emotional/behavioral issues
  • Development and implementation of therapeutic treatment plans
  • Individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, medication training and support
  • Skills training and treatment planning
  • Counseling and assisting clients in problem-solving
  • Case coordination and advocacy
  • Assistance with accessing needed services and resources
  • Reviewing and evaluating client progress
  • Providing information about mental health and available services
  • Reporting pertinent information to authorities
  • Supporting clients with immediate needs
  • Providing clinical support
  • Maintaining records and completing clinical forms
  • Transporting clients as needed

Requirements

  • Valid and active QMHP credential certification through MHACBO or valid and active status (licensed or registered intern) with an approved Oregon licensing board
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or Mental Health Related field
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments, write Individual Service and Support Plans, and provide therapy
  • Knowledge of medications commonly used by client population
  • Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Ability to master proprietary software including electronic health record system
  • Requires access to a car and valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a safe driving record

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or Mental Health Related field
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments, including identifying precipitating events, gathering histories, and conducting mental status examinations
  • Knowledge of medications commonly used by client population
  • Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Ability to master proprietary software including electronic health record system
  • Requires access to a car and valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a safe driving record

Benefits

Full benefits package including a salary range of $66,823-$86,246.
