About the role

Adelphoi is seeking compassionate therapists to join its rapidly growing Multisystemic Therapy (MST) teams across Pennsylvania. With over 50 years of experience, Adelphoi helps youth and families overcome challenges and build brighter futures.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home therapy using an internationally recognized, evidence-based model
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand youth and family dynamics and strengths
• Engage primary caregivers and other key participants to create long-term positive change
• Collaborate with schools, agencies, and community organizations
• Participate in weekly team supervision, training, and treatment planning

Requirements

• Master’s degree (with at least 2 years of experience preferred) in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong work ethic and initiative, passion for helping youth and families
• Valid Driver’s License, Car Insurance, and Clearances (FBI, Act 33 & 34) (assistance provided)

Pay

$50,000 - $63,000 (based on Masters degree and experience) + Monthly Bonuses adding an avg. of $5,500 a year
