Mental Health Therapist
Position Overview
This role provides outpatient mental health therapy across one or more clinic locations depending on program needs. Clinicians will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, evidence-based care. We welcome both independently licensed clinicians and pre-licensed associates working toward licensure under approved clinical supervision. Clinicians may be assigned across clinic locations based on caseload availability and service demand, which may include split-site scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Complete timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with care coordination and clinical teams.
- Participate in case consultation and team communication.
- Support continuity of care across settings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Therapists: Active Oregon licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Associate-Level Therapists: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Active Oregon associate registration (e.g., CSWA, LPC-A, LMFTA, or equivalent).
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or neurodivergent populations preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team-based care model.

This position is designed to grow with program demand. As caseloads and service needs expand, there is potential to increase hours and transition into full-time salaried positions with benefits, based on organizational needs, staffing capacity, and available openings.
