About the role

Join a dedicated mental health team as a Licensed Therapist, focusing on delivering personalized outpatient therapy and assessments to diverse clients in a collaborative, equitable, and inclusive setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for clients and families.
• Provide tailored individual and family therapy to promote healing and resilience.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current active license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) or eligibility for licensure.
• Passion for mental health, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development.
• Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and ability to build rapport.
• Effective time management and administrative skills.
