Mental Health Therapist (Associate or Licensed) - Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychiatric/psychosocial assessments, including mental status exams
  • Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy
  • Deliver evidence-based and supportive interventions (CBT, skills training, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation
  • Collaborate with clinical team and referral sources
  • Monitor patient outcomes and evaluate treatment effectiveness

Requirements

  • Active WA license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW)
  • Master’s degree in behavioral health field
  • Associate Mental Health Professional Responsibilities:
    • Provide person-centered counseling, advocacy, and case management
    • Develop treatment plans with measurable outcomes
    • Deliver individual and/or group therapy under supervision
    • Tailor interventions to meet diverse patient needs
    • Maintain documentation and meet agency standards
    • Collaborate with care team and support patient care coordination

Qualifications

  • Active WA associate license (LMHCA, LMFTA, LSWAIC, LASW)
  • Eligible for and participating in clinical supervision
  • Master’s degree in behavioral health field

Skills

  • Strong teamwork skills
  • The ability to adapt to a variety of clinical situations
  • Proficiency in group and individual therapy
  • DBT experience preferred but not required
