- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contracted providers

- Manage provider performance and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Wisconsin
- Experience in provider network development and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
