Provider Network Development – Contract Providers

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the company’s provider network.
• Identify new opportunities for contract providers in various regions including San Angelo, Bryan, Brownwood, Pampa, Del Rio, El Paso, Killeen, Texarkana, Snyder, Roma, Pecos, Falfurrias, Childress, and Brady, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s provider network through strategic partnerships and outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on provider needs and company goals.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to stay informed about market trends and provider developments.
• Prepare and present proposals to potential contract providers, highlighting the benefits of joining the network.
• Handle inquiries from potential contract providers, providing detailed information about the company’s services and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies regarding provider contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or contracting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
