Provider Network Development – Contract Providers / Contract / Hybrid

About the role

As a Mental Health Therapist in this contract provider network development role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to build a robust network of contracted therapists.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential contracted therapists
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Manage the onboarding process for new contracted therapists
• Provide ongoing support and training to contracted therapists
• Collaborate with other members of the provider network team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Licensed Mental Health Therapist in South Dakota
• At least 2 years of experience in mental health therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of South Dakota healthcare regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
