Provider Network Development – Contract Providers / Contract / Hybrid
About the role
As a Mental Health Therapist in this contract provider network development role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to establish and expand a network of mental health services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to establish and expand a network of mental health services
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Conduct outreach to potential providers to identify and recruit new members for the network
- Manage and update provider information in the network database
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Licensed Mental Health Therapist in South Dakota
- Experience in provider network development and/or healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of South Dakota healthcare laws and regulations
- Experience with healthcare provider networks and contracting processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
