Provider Network Development – Contract Providers / Contract / Hybrid

About the role

As a Mental Health Therapist in this contract provider network development role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to establish and expand a network of mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to establish and expand a network of mental health services
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Conduct outreach to potential providers to identify and recruit new members for the network
• Manage and update provider information in the network database
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Licensed Mental Health Therapist in South Dakota
• Experience in provider network development and/or healthcare industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of South Dakota healthcare laws and regulations
• Experience with healthcare provider networks and contracting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
