Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - South Burlington, VT

About the role

Develops and maintains relationships with contracted mental health providers in the South Burlington, Vermont area to support the network needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential contracted providers
• Negotiate terms and conditions with contracted providers
• Ensure compliance with insurance contracts and provider agreements
• Manage on-site provider visits and training sessions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health provider contracting
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
