About the role

We are looking for a Hungarian-speaking provider to deliver virtual therapy in New York. Lyra’s provider network includes in-person and virtual therapists, physicians, and coaches across the US. Our advanced matching technology, supportive provider platform, and opportunities for training and clinical consultation allow you to focus on client care while we handle self-promotion and scheduling.

This opportunity is ideal for an independently licensed clinical therapist interested in providing culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families. We welcome clinicians with experience managing a comprehensive spectrum of mental health needs, from milder presentations to complex and severe cases. Strong preference for providers who can also see clients in person through a private or group practice in the Atlanta area.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based therapy (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and adhere to clinical best practices (e.g., measurement-based care, skills practice).
  • Deliver care to children, adults, couples, and/or families, primarily through virtual sessions.
  • Manage risk and respond to clinical crises as needed.

Requirements

  • Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
  • Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (able to work independently without supervision) with no current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
  • Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments and clinical best practices.
  • Ability to provide virtual care; in-person capability in the Atlanta area is strongly preferred.
  • Full-time resident of the United States.

Benefits

  • Connect with highly compatible clients using Lyra’s advanced matching algorithm.
  • Set your own schedule with no minimum hours requirement.
  • Seamless appointment booking via Lyra Calendar, integrated with your personal calendar.
  • Paperless billing and quick payment turnaround to reduce administrative burden.
  • Access to Lyra’s clinical consultations team for rapid support and specialty group consultation meetings.
  • 24/7 Care Navigation team for crisis support.
  • Free, CE-credited courses approved by APA, ASWB, and NBCC to upskill your knowledge.
  • Monthly newsletters and a robust Help Center with resources for Lyra providers.
  • Exclusive provider events with Lyra’s clinical leaders.
