Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Mississippi

About the role

Develops and maintains relationships with healthcare providers to build a robust provider network. Supports the company's mission to provide comprehensive mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and onboard new contract providers into the company’s network.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support for contracted providers.
• Manage ongoing communication and support with contracted providers to maintain strong relationships.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the provider network.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist.
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of insurance billing and coding practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
