Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Mississippi

About the role

Develops and maintains relationships with healthcare providers to build a robust provider network. Supports the company's mental health services in Mississippi.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and negotiate with potential providers to join the company’s network.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding mental health services.
• Manage provider onboarding and ongoing support to ensure quality care is provided.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient access to mental health services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in Mississippi.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
