About the role
Develops and maintains relationships with healthcare providers to establish a robust provider network for mental health services.
Responsibilities
- Identify, contact, and negotiate with potential providers to join the network.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding mental health services.
- Manage provider onboarding process, including credentialing and contract negotiation.
- Monitor provider performance and address any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Valid State License as a Mental Health Therapist.
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within Mississippi as needed.
Skills
- Knowledge of mental health treatment modalities.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
