Provider Network Development – Contract Providers / Contract / Hybrid

About the role

As a Mental Health Therapist in this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to establish and expand a provider network. This includes identifying potential providers, conducting initial assessments, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential healthcare providers
• Negotiate and manage contract agreements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain and grow provider relationships
• Provide ongoing support and training to contracted providers

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Licensed to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in Georgia
• Experience in provider network development and contract management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Passing score on the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP)
• Current license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in Georgia
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
