Provider Network Development – Contract Providers / Contract / Hybrid

About the role

Develops and maintains relationships with healthcare providers to build a robust network of contracted therapists.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential contract providers in the mental health field.
• Conduct outreach and negotiations to secure contracts with new and existing providers.
• Manage provider onboarding and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align provider services with client needs.
• Monitor provider performance and provide feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid state license to practice as a mental health therapist.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
