About the role

Mentor and support clients in their mental health journey through therapy sessions. Develop relationships with healthcare providers to expand the network of services available to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients in need
• Collaborate with contracted healthcare providers to enhance client care
• Conduct regular progress reviews with clients and providers
• Stay updated on best practices and latest research in mental health therapy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field
• Valid state license to practice as a therapist
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
