Egg Harbor, New Jersey is seeking an experienced Mental Health Therapist to join their Provider Network Development team. This position offers an exclusive outpatient network contract in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
• Identify and qualify potential network members
• Conduct outreach and education sessions for providers
• Manage provider contracts and renewals
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Licensed to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in New Jersey
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in provider network development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
