Provider Network Development

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
• Identify and qualify potential network members
• Conduct outreach to ensure provider participation
• Negotiate terms and conditions for contract agreements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare organizations to build and manage networks
• Manage provider contracts and renewals
• Monitor network performance and make adjustments as necessary
• Respond to provider inquiries and concerns
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or similar field
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in New Jersey
• Experience working with behavioral health providers
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
