Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Arizona

About the role

Mentally Healthy Arizona is seeking a 1099 contractor to join our team as a Mental Health Therapist in Arizona. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and be passionate about improving mental health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients in accordance with evidence-based practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contracted providers to ensure quality care and provider satisfaction.
• Participate in regular supervision and case conferences with licensed therapists.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the provider network.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a similar license in Arizona.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Experience working with diverse populations and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Experience with telehealth services.
