About the Role

Lyra’s provider network includes in-person and virtual therapists, physicians, and coaches across the U.S. With advanced matching technology, a supportive provider platform, and opportunities for training and clinical consultation, this role allows you to focus on client care while receiving support for administrative tasks like scheduling and self-promotion.

We are seeking independently licensed clinical therapists to provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families in the following Arizona locations: Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Yuma, Flagstaff, Bullhead City, Lake Havasu City, Page, Saint Johns, Avondale, and Claypool. This opportunity is ideal for providers with experience managing a spectrum of mental health needs, from milder presentations to complex and severe cases. In-person care delivery through a private or group practice is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and adhere to clinical best practices (e.g., measurement-based care, skills practice).
  • Deliver care to children, adults, couples, and/or families, with a preference for in-person sessions.
  • Manage risk and respond to clinical crises as needed.

Requirements

  • Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
  • Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (able to work independently without supervision).
  • No current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
  • Experience providing evidence-based therapies and clinical best practices.
  • Ability to see clients in-person in Arizona (must have office space).
  • Full-time resident of the United States.
