Mental Health Tech- PRN- DAYS or NIGHTS
Responsibilities
- Facilitates group activities tailored to the appropriate topic, age, and level of understanding as approved by the Program Coordinator.
- Ensures patients are consistently monitored in the proper location for the duration of activities.
- Provides appropriate crisis intervention as necessary by anticipating and responding quickly to escalating behaviors, utilizing de-escalation techniques to diffuse the situation, correctly prioritizing safety concerns.
Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- Some college course work is preferred.
- One (1) year related experience required.
- Past psychiatric technician experience is preferred.
- Current Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification is highly desirable.

Qualifications
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- Some college course work is preferred.
