Mental Health Specialist (MHS) Evening Shift (3:00 pm to 11:30 pm)
About the role
Fuller Hospital is currently hiring Mental Health Specialists for evening shifts (3pm to 11:30 pm).
Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe, therapeutic and engaging environment
- Assist with patient groups and activities
- Provide routine patient care as required in a psychiatric environment
- Auxiliary with patients’ activities of daily living
- Document and communicate unusual or erratic changes in patients' behaviors
Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: One year of experience working in a behavioral health setting is preferred, but not required.
