About the role
Supportive Concepts is seeking a Mental Health Specialist to join our team in Washington, PA.
Responsibilities
- Implement all principles of Trauma Informed Care
- Document individual goals and progress
- Aid in daily living skills and personal hygiene
- Assist with medical and nutritional tasks
- Arrange and transport residents to activities
- Encourage community integration and participation
- Complete documentation and reports
- Maintain site upkeep and safety
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Previous experience with MH diagnoses and disabilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Criminal Record History Clearance and FBI Clearance
- PA Driver's License
- Physical and Drug Screening
