Mental Health Rehab Technician MHRT

The Role

As a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT), you will provide support to aging adults with persistent mental health challenges within a residential setting. You will assist clients with mental health diagnoses to achieve their personal plan goals, encourage change through a positive reinforcement approach, administer medication, and promote and encourage client community integration and inclusion.

Requirements

• A high school diploma/GED
• 18 years of age or over
• Active driver's license
• Experience in direct care, preferred, but not required. Willing to train.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English
