We are actively recruiting for passionate Advance Practice Providers (Psych PA or PMHNP) in the greater Austin market who can partner with us to achieve that mission. Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric healthcare services, including initial mental health evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Manage medication and provide supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate.
• Partner with psychiatrists and mental health therapists to coordinate medication management and psychotherapy.
• Utilize a measurement‑based care approach to track outcomes and inform plan of care.
• Work as part of an integrated care team focused on delivering high‑quality care.

Requirements

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of Texas.
• Active DEA license.
• Active CDS (Illinois providers only – note: applicable if practicing in Illinois).
• Passion for high‑quality care.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date electronic health records.
• Desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions.
• Preferred: over one year of professional experience as an Advance Practice Provider, preferably in an outpatient setting.

Schedule

• No nights, no weekends, no on‑call.
• Hybrid work schedule: most providers work three days onsite and two days via telehealth.
