About the role

Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services with a mission to “Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective.” We are seeking passionate Advanced Practice Providers (Psychiatric PA or PMHNP) in the greater Peachtree City market to partner with us in delivering psychiatric healthcare services.

As a Behavioral Health Provider, you will provide initial mental health evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, manage medications, and offer supportive psychotherapy based on patient needs.

Requirements

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of practice
• Active DEA license
• Active CDS (for Illinois providers only)
• Passion for delivering high-quality mental health care
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and maintaining accurate electronic health records
• Ability to treat a broad spectrum of mental health conditions

Geode highly prefers candidates with over one year of professional experience as an Advanced Practice Provider, particularly in an outpatient setting.

Pay

Estimated earnings: $140,000.00–$160,000.00

• Hybrid: typically three days onsite and two days telehealth
