About the role
We're seeking Mental Health Professionals to assist in training and evaluating advanced AI models.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated responses to psychological scenarios
- Complete AI training tasks such as analyzing, editing, and writing psychology-related content
- Improve cutting-edge AI models using your understanding of psychological theory and human behavior
- Compare multiple model answers and select/justify the best response
- Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short
Requirements
- Verified status as a Mental Health Professional (e.g., current license/registration in good standing; board certification or equivalent where applicable)
- A solid understanding of psychological theory, research methods, and human behavior
- Willingness to complete a short skills/eligibility screener to join our Domain Expert pool
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour
- A reliable, fast internet connection and access to a computer
- Willingness to self-declare earnings (participants are self-employed)
- A PayPal account to receive payments from our clients
Qualifications
