About the role

This full-time, exempt (salaried) position reports to the Program Coordinator and supports our Therapeutic Day Treatment program in Springdale.

Responsibilities

  • Interview and assess clients for mental health needs.
  • Perform individual, family conjoint, and group therapy services.
  • Document, review, and maintain accurate case records and relevant clinical information.
  • Provide counseling and appraisal services to individuals or groups designed to develop an understanding of personal problems, define goals, and plan activities to assess an individual’s aptitudes, attitudes, abilities, achievements, interests, and personal characteristics as these relate to personal social concerns and educational progress.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in counseling or social work.
  • Current Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW, or LCSW).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
