About the role
This position plays a critical role in the mental health services provided to students in the Paoli Community Schools district.Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on student needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Licensed professional in the state of PA.
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health disorders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
