Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Independent clinical thinking and great organizational skills.
- Staff development, recruiting, coaching, and hiring, working with HR, finance/billing, and development departments.
- Creating a sense of community and team among program staff and clients.
- Oversight of treatment plans and support for clients' progress towards goals.
- Signed all Intake Treatment Plans (ITPs) once the client and mental health professional have signed.
- Hiring and training staff.
- Managing team performance and program staffing schedules.
- Guidance to staff through evaluation of client development plans and recommendations.
- Facilitating clinical supervision meetings.
- Consulting on solutions for confidential or sensitive projects.
- Managing program budgets and ensuring financial protocols are followed.
- Partnering with senior leaders to analyze legislation, regulations, or rule changes impacting services.
Required Skills and Experience
- Master's degree in behavioral science.
- One year (2,000 hours) of full-time experience in human services.
- Previous experience in staff training.
- Experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness is required.
- Experience or knowledge of co-occurring disorders is preferred.
