Mental Health Professional-FT Nights 11p-7a

Responsibilities

• Affirmatively assist in conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use disorders.
• Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the treatment team.
• Provide individual, group, and family supportive interventions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to enhance client coping strategies and resilience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, and case managers, to provide holistic care.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education to stay current with best practices in mental health care.
• Uphold ethical standards and ensure confidentiality in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Required Education: Master’s Degree in Human Services: Counseling, Education, Social Work, Psychology, or another related field.
• Required Certifications and Licensures: CPI/BLS Current CPI (Crisis Prevention Management) certification within thirty (30) days of being hired into this role.
• Required Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral health setting, with direct experience in mental health.
• PREFERRED Experience: Previous experience in residential, inpatient, or emergency behavioral healthcare settings is a plus.
