Mental Health Professional (Boone OMH Clinic- New Hope, MN)
About the role
People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Mental Health Professional to join the teams at our New Hope Mental Health Clinic. This position provides an array of services using evidence-based practices that support client recovery and facilitate safe, secure, and therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities
- Develop therapeutic alliances with clients.
- Conduct diagnostic and comprehensive assessments.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans and daily interventions.
- Communicate professionally through documentation and interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide clinical supervision organizationally for those working towards clinical licensure.
- Develop and implement client mental health services, ensuring documentation standards are met and addressing emergency situations with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Provide therapy in area of specialization, as required.
- Develop and maintain professional and collaborative relationships within the agency and with collateral partners to support continued client care and effective referrals.
- May provide program and/or divisional clinical supervision to increase staff knowledge and skills.
- May provide clinical supervision to assigned staff and interns, including counsel, evaluation of service delivery, and approval/cosigning of treatment plans and documentation.
- Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and agency trainings, sharing relevant developments and expertise.
- May assist in the development of specialized training for other clinical staff members.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, between 8:00am - 6:00pm. Schedule includes one evening per week until clinic closes at 6:00pm. This position may be eligible to become hybrid after completion of orientation period.

Pay
Salary varies based on licensure and qualifications. Licensed Mental Health Professional: $74,000 - $80,000 annually, plus a $2,000 hiring bonus for external candidates.
