About the role

Thrive Therapy is looking for a dedicated Mental Health Professional to join our outpatient therapy team. The candidate must be able to work on-site and complete supervisor and clinical service hours as needed. This position is on a per-diem basis to start and will transition to a full-time, salaried position based on program growth.

Reports to: Clinical Director (Clinical Supervisor = Supervising Psychiatrist). Supervises: Mental Health Workers (MHW), if applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Assess clients and develop comprehensive psychosocial assessments and treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, caregiver, and group therapy sessions.
  • Provide supervision to assigned Mental Health Workers (MHW).
  • Initiate crisis intervention and case management measures as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and other professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
  • Coordinate with community resources and services.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Licensed to practice within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania OR internship/practicum experience as part of Master's Program.
  • At least 2 years of experience providing mental health treatment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of community resources and social services.
  • Background check in accordance with state and federal regulations: State Criminal Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI Clearance.
  • NPI Query and current driver’s license.
  • Participation in and completion of all CBH mandatory in-services.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to provide telehealth.

Pay

Starting at $73K (Salary) / Starting at $37/Hour (Per Diem).
